We provide downloadable products ("server apps") for Atlassian server products, which are installed on your IT-systems.

Our server apps store customer data in the corresponding Atlassian server product.

If you have any problems using our products, you may contact our support team. Depending on the issue we may request log files (or other files), which you are free to give to us. All files, including any data that is transferred with them, are only used to analyze and solve your individual issues, nothing further.

Our Confluence based online documentation is a service provided by Atlassian Corporation Plc. This service will collect various types of Data as specified in the privacy policy of the service (https://www.atlassian.com/legal/privacy-policy).

We will only record your e-mail address if you send us a message or sign up for our mailing list. In either case, your e-mail address will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it. It will not be used for any other purpose without your consent.
