Your Future Role

Your Future Role

  • Contact our potential customers who are doing an evaluation of our Apps and help them with any questions they have about our Apps.
  • Communicate with our customers to resolve issues they might experience with our Apps.
  • Create content and compelling messaging around our Apps and their features.
  • Give your opinion on, review and improve our customer-facing Knowledge Base.
  • Become one of our customers' internal advocates.
  • Gain the necessary knowledge and skills to get progressively proficient with our Apps.

Your Background

Your Background

  • You’re studying an IT or Economics-related subject (e.g. International Management & Marketing, Product Development or comparable)
    at a university or college located near to Frankfurt (Main).
  • Write and edit English texts at a high level.
  • Customer advocate and relationship builder who demonstrates empathy for our customers.
  • Positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Very good communication skills and an ability to collaborate with remote teams.
